01KADI only monitors DP Document slots
The service is intended for Ukrainians looking for an available appointment time at a DP Document centre. It is not a general service for BSN, DigiD, IND, municipal or tax procedures.
For another document task in the Netherlands, return to the general Documents section and choose the responsible official organisation.
02Verify the location and appointment directly
The Ukrainian Migration Service identifies pasport.org.ua as the official DP Document website. Locations, available services and appointment slots may change. Before travelling, confirm the address, service and current instructions with the organisation that will accept the application.
KADI monitors for newly available slots and sends a Telegram notification, but it is not the official DP Document booking system, cannot confirm availability and does not reserve a time automatically. The user completes the booking through the official channel.
03Prepare for the procedure you actually need
Evidence requirements depend on the passport type, applicant’s age and circumstances. The Migration Service publishes the Ukrainian international passport rules; the specific application location may add practical instructions. Check documents and payment arrangements before booking and again before visiting.
For an IND visit, use the page for your exact service and the appointment confirmation. An appointment for proof of residence under temporary protection, for example, is different from collection of a document that is already ready. Do not copy the requirements of one route into another.
04Protect identity documents and booking details
Check the domain and purpose of a form before entering personal data. Do not send passport images, verification codes or account credentials through LiveInNL. This portal explains routes but does not submit applications on behalf of public authorities.
Keep the official booking confirmation and read the instructions for changing or cancelling the visit. If your circumstances change, follow the rules of the organisation that arranged the appointment.
